Surgery of the day Femoral fracture MGT lumpectomy Rt forelimb amputation

Mid shaft diaphysis oblique fracture.

Surgery time 2hr
Fracture fissure in an saggital plane is much easier to reduce in anterior/posterior surface with a pointed tip reduction forceps,
Positioning pin was placed to optimize the reduction.
Plate bending is relatively easy in a mid shaft fracture.

MGT lumpectomy
I didn't do the surgery

Forelimb amputation
Such a SOB case. Damn.
