guide dog graduation ceremony

Today i went for a very, very meaningful event, the graduation ceremony of the 16th, 17th , 18th guide dog in taiwan.
There are over 50k blinds in taiwan with only 18 guide dogs. the number of guide dogs is increasing, but still not enough. Those who would like to sponsor them, plz visit there website.
